Thank you for a very informative video on proper body mechanics while running! I'm a runner, a Myofascial Therapist (In my 25th year of practice) and newly vegan. What shoes do you run in??? I want to go vegan in my shoe choice and am having a difficult time finding options. I also want resonsible footwear that does not harm the people making them as well. Thanks again! Laurel
